Here's the difference between service and lack of service--i ordered food to be delivered tonight from this restaurant--the food was fine but they forgot the fried rice-- they offered to redeliver to me and credited the entire order-- a local vs a big service like instacart that doesn't seem to understand service-- they entirely messed up my delivery today , several items were damaged or not kept cold and made no effort to make it right--- they offered $5 in compensation and gave me a 20.61 credit for the items that were not kept cold... what a difference in service..
Ordered it for delivery... I was a little bit skeptical. But when I got the food ... it was hands down delicious. I ordered their chicken lo-mien.
Food is fresh, hot and very yummy for "American" chinese food and you can't best the prices. The portions are very big. My boyfriend and I can barely finish one item and we're out of there for around $10.
